About Me

Hi my name is Kelly Block.  I earned a degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University in 2002.  I have spent every moment since then learning and growing with and in the fitness industry.  I hold over 20+ certifications in many different personal training and group fitness formats. 

 

My overall claim to fame is that I focus on alignment and posture (Certified Posture and Alignment Specialist) because I believe, and have experienced the best results, when we learn how to move our bodies with proper form and awareness of how the entire body works as a unit.  I train for functional strength and mobility so everyone can move and feel better to get the most out of an active life at any age.  I am experienced with training youth, athletes, special populations, post rehabilitation, active older adults, and our beautiful middle aged women. In my personal life, I have two amazing boys and love anything outside including paddleboarding, hiking, biking, and running!  I believe that everyone has the opportunity to live their best life through proper exercise and wellness practices.  Let’s connect and find out how I can help you achieve that!

You’ll walk away with the knowledge required to make the best nutritional choices for your body. Third, you will get into the habit of success by working with Kelly to set small achievable goals.
